Housing Team

• Acknowledge housing tickets promptly.

• Create housing shells and setup housing locations.

• Maintain communication with members on the status of their request.

• Maintain accurate and efficient records of housing, prices and availability.

• Create a realtor character

  • All monies received from sales must be deposited to the LEO/DOJ accounts.

  • Only exception is if your main character will RP as a realtor, then you may keep 30% of your sales.

  • This character cannot be LEO, a gang member. Must be a regular civilian.
