As the business liaison in Diversion RP you are the go-to contact for information about businesses. You are not expected to handle every business ticket yourself, or setup every business. Your goal is to make sure others are handling and properly tracking all business-related tickets. You should have the information that is needed by Sr Admins or know where to find it when requested.
