Chain of Command
Following the proper chain of command is important to make sure that issues are resolved or escalated in an efficient and effective manner. Skipping the chain of command should never occur unless it is absolutely unavoidable.
Diversion RP does not have a large separation of duties, we expect they everyone on the staff team be able to handle anything that comes up. Some staff members might specialize in certain areas and some aspects of the city might require a team (see Housing Team) because they are large projects. A team might be temporary or permanent.
You should always take questions and concerns to the rank that is above you.

Liaison's
A Liaison is an Admin or higher whose has the extra responsibility of tracking or monitoring certain things. They may also have additional duties. Currently we have Liaison for the following:
Businesses
Track businesses in the city, what is owned, what is not, who owns it, etc.
Media
Tracks that staff is checking in on DRP related streams from time to time and logging that information.
Recruiting
Focuses on recruiting new players to the city and making sure that applications are being dealt with and that pre-whitelist questions are being answered.
Social Media
Makes sure that DRP content is being added to X, YouTube, TikTok and any other platform that will help the city grow.
Stream
Unlike the Media Liaison who focuses on the staff side of media/streaming, the Stream Liasson focuses on helping streamers in any way they can.
Development and Quality Control exist outside of the normal chain of command and should only be consulted on issues that involve the city's performance or development. They should not be involved in normal day to day staff activity unless they also hold a normal staff position.
