Discipline

Below you will find the normal course of action for discipline in DRP. Please see specific subsections for more information about handling specific things.

COMMUNICATION

We utilize open communication for disciplinary actions. In the event that you are found to have broken a rule or staff regulation, you will be notified through our ticket system where you will have the opportunity to be heard and communicate directly with Leadership. If disciplinary action is warranted it will be decided upon by the Leadership team as a whole. Our goal is to create a community where we are all held to the same expectations and standards, this includes staff at all levels. This is not limited to infractions that may need further disciplinary actions or immediate removal from staff.


REMOVAL

If your actions as a staff member for DRP do not meet the standards and guidelines set forth, you can and will be removed from staff. This can come without prior warnings or tickets. It will be at the discretion of the administrative team and above.


REAPPLYING

If you have been removed from staff, you will need to wait 60 days to reapply (no exceptions). This does not guarantee acceptance or reinstatement.

We aim to keep an unbiased environment with no favoritism or exceptions regardless of friendship, acquaintance, relationship within the staff team, leadership and ownership of DRP. As with any situation it is never ok to DM Leadership, Originators or Founders to try and circumvent any established process.

Please be aware that this is just a guide. Rules are subject to change without notice and each situation will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to check back often to make sure you are up to date with the newest information and expectations.
