Development and Quality Control

The expectations for the development and quality control teams can be found in the Development Team Documentation. The information here is specifically so that all staff know what to expect from you on a normal basis.

Quality Control

  • Answer Tech Support tickets in a timely fashion.

  • Assist players with issues they have in city and connecting to the city.

  • Properly escalate and track issues in the proper dev team tools.

Some Tech Support/QC tickets will be long term issues. These issues will be tracked on the development teams GitHub page, but the tickets will not remain open.


Development Team

  • Communicate with Quality Control and other staff members about tickets in the appropriate Discord channels.

  • Unless absolutely necessary you should never directly interact with a player in a ticket. Tickets escalated beyond the QC team should be handled using the Guidelines outlined in the Development Guide.
