Quality Control
Answer Tech Support tickets in a timely fashion.
Assist players with issues they have in city and connecting to the city.
Properly escalate and track issues in the proper dev team tools.
Troubleshooting general PC issues for a player falls outside the scope any member of DRP staff, including Quality Control. If you decide to try to help a player with a general PC issue that is not related to our server that is your choice. However, please do not escalate these types of tickets to anyone else.
Development Team
Communicate with Quality Control and other staff members about tickets in the appropriate Discord channels.
Unless absolutely necessary you should never directly interact with a player in a ticket. Tickets escalated beyond the QC team should be handled using the Guidelines outlined in the Development Guide.
