Pregnancy & Child Roleplay – Not Allowed
Strictly Prohibited:
Roleplaying pregnancy or childbirth
Roleplaying as children or minors (under 18)
Using child peds or baby models
Using objects or props as if they were babies or children
This rule has no exceptions and will not be waived under any circumstances.
Why This Rule Exists:
1. Rockstar's TOS & EULA: Rockstar Games' Terms of Service and End User License Agreement explicitly prohibit roleplaying as children or using child player models. This isn't our rule – it's Rockstar's, and violating it can result in action against the server itself.
We have no choice but to enforce this strictly to protect the community and the server's existence.
2. Safety & Appropriateness: FiveM RP communities have a responsibility to create safe environments. Child roleplay – even when done with innocent intent – creates scenarios that can be exploited or misused. Given the nature of GTA's environment (violence, crime, adult themes), introducing child characters creates uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situations.
3. It's Unnecessary: Pregnancy and child RP simply aren't necessary for creating compelling, fun, and meaningful roleplay experiences. There are countless storylines, character arcs, and dramatic moments you can create without ever touching these topics.
You can build families, relationships, and deep connections between adult characters without needing to roleplay pregnancy or children.
What This Means In Practice:
❌ Not Allowed:
"My character is pregnant" storylines
Referring to yourself as expecting or having a baby
Using emotes, props, or mechanics to simulate pregnancy
Using any child or baby models/peds
Treating objects (dolls, props, etc.) as if they were real babies or children in RP
✅ What IS Allowed:
Your adult character can have adult children
Adult characters with adult family members
Mentor/mentee relationships between adult characters
The line: If it involves actively roleplaying pregnancy, children, or anything related to minors – it's not allowed.
Consequences:
Violating this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent ban.
We don't make exceptions. This protects the server, complies with Rockstar's policies, and maintains a safe community for everyone.
Bottom Line:
You don't need pregnancy or child RP to create amazing stories. Focus on the countless other storylines available in a living, breathing criminal world. There's plenty of drama, conflict, relationships, and character development to explore without ever touching these topics.
This rule is non-negotiable.
