Activity Requirements & Timeline:

We're building an active, engaged community – and that means we need members who are genuinely here to participate. Here's what we expect:

After Joining Discord: You have 72 hours to review the rulebook, read through the player guide, and submit your whitelist application. If we don't receive your application within this timeframe, you'll be removed from the community.

After Whitelist Approval: Getting approved is just the beginning! You have 7 days to log into the city for the first time. Lurking in Discord without actually playing isn't what we're about – we want active players, not spectators.

Ongoing Activity: We monitor playtime to keep our community vibrant. If you've been inactive for an extended period, we'll open a ticket to check in with you. You'll have 72 hours to respond. No response means we'll assume you've moved on, and you'll be removed from the city with your character(s) deleted.

Why These Requirements?

This isn't about being harsh or punishing people for taking breaks – we get that life happens. Here's what we're actually trying to accomplish:

✅ Keep our database manageable – prevents technical bloat and performance issues ✅ Reduce trolling and drama – inactive accounts attract problems ✅ Maintain an active player base – ensures everyone has people to roleplay with ✅ Better slot management – knowing our active player count means no priority queues needed

Taking a break? Just let us know! Open a ticket before you go inactive, and we'll work with you. Communication goes a long way.
