Exploiting Bugs/Scripts/Mechanics
Exploiting, Bug Abuse & Realistic Gameplay
We're all here to create immersive, realistic roleplay. Part of that means playing fair and keeping things grounded in reality β even when the game engine would technically let you do something unrealistic.
Bug Exploitation β Report, Don't Abuse:
The Rule: You are never allowed to exploit bugs, glitches, or game mechanics for personal gain. Period.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Examples include:
Infinite money glitches
Duplication exploits
Invincibility bugs
Teleportation glitches
Accessing restricted areas through bugs
Found a bug? We actually want to know! Please report it immediately via a Discord ticket instead of using it. We appreciate bug reports and won't punish you for discovering something β only for exploiting it.
Engine & Script Exploitation:
Not Allowed: Knowingly abusing the GTA V engine, server scripts, or game physics to gain unfair advantages or do unrealistic things, including:
Unrealistic vehicle physics abuse β launching your car off cliffs/ramps at high speeds and continuing to drive/flee as if nothing happened
Using emotes to exploit:
Avoid fall damage
Enter locked buildings or areas
Pull people out of locked spaces
Clip through walls or objects
Gain any advantage that wouldn't exist in real life
Bottom line: Just because the game lets you do something doesn't mean it's realistic or allowed.
Realistic Driving & Vehicle Damage:
Your vehicle is not indestructible. You need to roleplay vehicle damage realistically based on what happens to your car.
Required Roleplay:
β Head-on collision with a pole at high speed? Your car is totaled. You don't keep driving.
β Going 75+ mph and slamming into barriers, poles, or heavy objects multiple times? Your vehicle should be undriveable. Continuing to flee after repeated high-speed impacts is FailRP.
β Significant front-end, side, or rear damage? Roleplay accordingly β smoking engine? flat tires? You should simulate impacted steering, reduce your speed, etc.
β Rolled your vehicle multiple times? You're likely injured, and your car isn't driving away from that.
Unrealistic Driving (FailRP):
β Constantly driving 100+ mph through all city streets β Treating your car like a tank β ramming through everything with no consequences β Jumping your vehicle off mountains/cliffs and driving away β Ignoring massive damage and continuing high-speed chases β Driving after your car should realistically be disabled
Think about it this way: Would your character's car survive this in real life? If not, it shouldn't survive in the city either.
Physics & Realism:
GTA V's physics engine allows a lot of crazy stuff that would never happen in reality. We expect you to use common sense and stay grounded in realism:
Falls from height? Roleplay injuries appropriately. Don't use emotes to negate fall damage.
Car crashes? Treat them seriously. High-speed collisions injure people.
Environmental obstacles? Don't abuse game mechanics to bypass locked doors, walls, or restricted areas.
Ask yourself: "Could this happen in real life, or am I only able to do this because of game mechanics?"
If it's the latter β don't do it.
Consequences:
Exploiting bugs, abusing game mechanics, or engaging in unrealistic gameplay undermines the immersive experience we're all here to create. Violations will result in disciplinary action based on severity and intent.
Remember: We're building a realistic world together. Help us keep it that way.
Questions about whether something is realistic or allowed? Ask staff β we're happy to clarify!
