Meetings

Community Meetings

• Community meetings will take place every 4-6 weeks.

• These meetings will have an agenda that is posted at least 1 week prior.

• There will be a thread where you can post your questions and comments about the upcoming meeting and from that thread we will add onto the agenda.

• During the meeting staff will present the agenda and then call up select people from the community to present items from the thread.

• Meetings will be scheduled to last 30-45 minutes and will always start on time. Items that do not get discussed from the agenda will be moved to the next meeting.

• They will be broadcast on Twitch for those who cannot get on Discord at that time but can access a stream and to provide a VOD of the meeting.

Staff Meetings

• Will take place every 2-4 weeks depending on need.

• Will be live broadcast on Twitch for members of the community to watch and listen to and to keep a VOD record of the meeting.

• These will have an agenda and will last no more than 1 hour.
