Reporting Process

PHRP is not a ticket based city. However, with rules comes rule breaks and with rule breaks comes reports. In order to properly fill out a ticket to report a player these are the processes.

  • You must submit all evidence you have of the situation in either screenshots or clips. Clips must be unedited and must include sound from all parties involved for the entirety of the situation. If you have to submit a lot of clips that is OK.

  • Clips must have 2 minutes prior to the reported incident and 2 minutes after.

  • Tickets with no evidence will be dismissed and should be handled in the city through RP

  • You should have all of your evidence ready to go and ready to add detail to your ticket when you open it.

  • If you are accusing someone of a rule break you need to include the rule from the rule book that you believe was broken with the evidence, copy the link from this guide or quote the rule in your complaint.

  • Do not open a ticket as a placeholder, open it when you are ready to complete it. Tickets opened as placeholders will be closed.

  • Abuse of the ticketing system will not be tolerated. Our staff would like to have time to roleplay as well and petty tickets because you didn't like the way someone roleplayed without a clear rule violation.

  • Each ticket sets a precedent and the ticket, outcome and precedent are recorded for future adjustments and record keeping. Once a precedent has been set it applies to all future tickets regardless of the offender.

  • No action can or will be taken against anyone without a supporting ticket. Even if witnessed by the owner, Director, or senior staff they must open a ticket and meet the burden of proof as it applies to anyone else opening a ticket.
