Admin Rulings

If an administrator's ruling seems to have been made in error the dispute must be handled outside the game via discord by creating a staff complaint ticket. Please do not "DM" members of the Staff Team directly, use the proper channel within Discord, follow the proper chain of command or open a support ticket. Do not privately message the owner of the city to circumvent a disciplinary action.

Once the review process has been completed the final ruling is upheld and cannot be overturned. A ruling may be escalated twice.

  • First escalation is reviewed by a Senior Administrator who will determine if the original admins decision was correct. If yes they will advise the player of this and why it was correct. If not they will adjust the decision and then educate the original admin on why they made the adjustment.

  • If you do not agree with the Senior Admins decision you may ask to have your issue reviewed by the Director and one of the owners. The issue will be reviewed and a decision made. Just like the first review the decision will be communicated.

When submitting your escalation you need to be clear and precise as to why you disagree, try to remove the emotion form the appeal and focus on the facts. If you have precedent from the public discipline tracker to back up then be sure to provide that information in your appeal.

Everyone is human and staff can make mistakes.
